Login
Login uses secure sessions. If credentials fail, contact admin to reset.
- Navigate to the login page (https://qr2.qr-1.in/).
- Enter admin Username and Password.
- Click Login.
- On successful login you’ll be redirected to the Dashboard.
Dashboard Walkthrough
From the dashboard you get a snapshot of total products and quick actions to navigate to any module.
- Top header: Quick Menu and Account Menu.
- Left sidebar: navigation (Dashboard, Add Products, Products List, Trash).
- Main panel: quick stats (Total Products).
Add Product
1. Click Add Products from the left menu.
2. Go to Add Extra Products from the right buttons.
- Enter Product Name, Manufacturer, Address, Brand (if any).
- Choose Caution Symbol / Product Status.
- Upload Product Images.
- Add Directions of Use and Recommendations.
- Enter GTIN / Registration No. / License No.
- Add Customer Care Contact (Mobile & Email) etc.
- Click Save / Submit.
- Product saved successfully → appears in Import List.
Import List
Go to Import List Page
- Click on Import List to view all imported product records.
View Product Details
- Shows Unique ID, Product Name, Technical Name, Symbol, Registration No., etc.
Actions Available
- Edit – Update product details
- Delete – Remove a product
- Copy – Duplicate product info with a new Unique ID
Add or Export Products
- Click Add Extra Product to add products manually
- Click Export to download data in Excel / CSV format
Add Product Details
Go to “Add Products” Page
- Click on Add Products from the sidebar menu.
Enter Product Details
- Select Product Name from the dropdown.
- Enter Batch Number and Packing Size.
- Add Date of Manufacture and Expiry Date.
Save the Product
- Click Submit to save product details successfully.
Product List
Go to “Products List” Page
- Click on Products List from the sidebar to view all added products.
View Product Information
- Shows Unique ID, Product Name, Batch Number, Manufacturing Date, Expiry Date, and Short URL.
Manage Actions
- View – See full product details.
- Edit – Modify existing records.
- Delete – Move Product in Trash .
- Copy – Duplicate full product info only Change Unique ID No.
Create URL to generate a short link and click on copy button and past in your QR Printer or any QR Print Machine
After Scan or View URL Result
If product Deleted
- Go to Trash Menu.
- Data Restore and Permanent Delete.
Bulk Import Product data
- Go to Add Product.
- Click on Add extra Product.
- Then See button IMPORT, click on its.
Select CSV file to Import data
